A Success Story: Birth of an Initiative for Change

After attending a civic education workshop in Kampala, a group of young people who trained for seven days in civic education gathered to establish the nucleus of a new body dedicated to civic education in Kampala. They agreed to form a temporary committee to draft the constitution and regulations, and to organize weekly events at the organization’s headquarters. This step came in response to a reality that requires awareness and collective action to promote the values of civic education and build a more aware and peaceful community, where the dream starts with the youth and extends to the entire nation. #YouthMeetingAtOrganizationHeadquartersInKampala
