Continuing to enhance the capacity of Sudanese in the diaspora to respond to peace efforts and strengthen post-war mechanisms, the Darfur Development and Human Resources Organization, with support from USAID Sudan, organized a discussion session in the Ugandan capital, Kampala, for 20 young men and women from Sudanese civil society organizations in the diaspora (#CSOs). The discussion centered around the book “Education for the Future” by Edgar Morin from the perspective of justice and reconciliation. These sessions focus on discussing books and applying them in contexts of justice, reconciliation, memory, forgiveness, and forgetting. Our thanks extend to Binaa for Democracy & Development for their collaboration in selecting participants and actively participating in these sessions.
