As part of the emergency assistance project for displaced families and host communities in the WASH sector, and funded by the UN Central Emergency Response Fund (CERF), the project team conducted a field verification from 25–26 November 2025.

The exercise covered IDP camps in Nyala South, South Darfur, and Tawila in North Darfur (Daba Naira and Shakshako).The verification aimed to confirm the presence of registered families, update beneficiary lists, and ensure they receive support cards for upcoming distributions of personal hygiene and public health kits.

The team visited homes, met with local community leaders, and reviewed beneficiary lists to enhance transparency and aid planning, ensuring critical support reaches the most vulnerable families efficiently.
