Darfur Organization for Development and Human Resources (DOFDAHR) carried out a food basket distribution as part of its ongoing humanitarian response in the Kurma displacement camps of El Fasher.

The activity was implemented with generous support and partnership from the Global Whole Being Fund.The distribution targeted 200 displaced families who recently arrived in Silak Kurma Camp over the past two weeks following the latest developments in El Fasher.

Each food basket contained 5 kg of rice, 5 kg of sugar, a quarter sack of sorghum, and 3 bars of soap.

This intervention is part of DOFDAHR’s continued efforts to strengthen food security and provide urgent humanitarian assistance to affected households, reaffirming the organization’s commitment to supporting vulnerable communities across North Darfur.
