The Protection and Human Rights Department of the organization recently conducted a mini-training course for the staff, focusing on the Human Rights Incident Monitoring Analysis Tool (HIMAT) and the PESA (Protection from Exploitation and Sexual Abuse) policy of the DOFDAHR organization.
The training session was led by Ms. Rabia Abdul Rahman Ali Dahab, the head of the Protection and Human Rights Office within the organization. The course aimed to enhance the skills and knowledge of the organization’s team members in effectively utilizing HIMAT and understanding the nuances of the PESA policy.
Through this training, participants gained valuable insights into human rights incident monitoring and analysis, utilizing HIMAT as a powerful tool for such purposes. Additionally, a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s Protection from Exploitation and Sexual Abuse policy was provided, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a safe and respectful environment within the organization.
